CNS Planning are also dedicated to providing a specialist planning service which prevents problems arising, ensures events impacting on the works do not come as a surprise and helps proactively navigate the clients projects and business to a successful conclusion.

CNS specialises in providing construction planning in line with the nec3 and SCL protocols, which help to transparently show the projects performance at any specified time in the projects life and helps identify changes and possible entitlement to extension of time or betterment in the overall contract period.
Above all knowing the true facts at the time enables the project management team to make the right decisions with confidence.

Our overall objective is to add value to your business by providing effective, proactive, economic and above all simple construction planning.
We also provide training using Asta Powerproject showing its application in context of construction works.

We look to train people in how to plan a project using the Contract Works Information (The Contract, specification, drawings etc.) and produce a detailed Baseline Contract Programme.

We then also provide training in how to properly monitor the programme progress and as-built data along with any impact from changes in the scope of works as the project is progressed. Again we dovetail all this to follow the nec3 and SCL protocol, but with a much better form of recording the changes within the programme.

The training is customised to suite your particular business and discipline so that your people are trained to deliver the planning and programming you need. In order to do this we require preparation time and meetings to understand what your business does, how it delivers this through the various departments and how it fits with other companies and trades.
